Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Digifit B.V 34296133, trading as VIRTUASPORTS, located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By purchasing and using our products and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Description of Products and Services

Digifit B.V. offers a PRO membership that provides users of the VIRTUASPORTS virtual reality (VR) game and fitness app access to additional features and services. These services may include, but are not limited to, access to premium content, access to all levels within the game, personalized workout plans, and enhanced fitness tracking.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly Recurring Memberships:

You may cancel your monthly recurring Pro membership at any time, up to 7 days before the end of your current subscription period.
To cancel your membership, please use the cancellation feature within the VIRTUASPORTS app.
If you cancel within the 7-day period before your subscription renewal date, your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.
After the 7-day cancellation period, your membership will be automatically renewed for the next billing cycle, and charges will apply.
b. One-Time Payment Memberships:

One-time payment memberships do not automatically renew. You will have access to the Pro features for the specified duration without any recurring charges.
3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

1. Open the VIRTUASPORTS app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Navigate to the "Account" or "Subscription"
section.
4. Select the option to cancel your
membership.
5. Please note that the cancellation process
may vary depending on updates or
changes made to the app, and it is your
responsibility to ensure the cancellation
has been successfully completed.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of Digifit B.V.'s products and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
